Guidelines for Submission
Using the submission form found below please provide a structured abstract (250 words maximum) that includes the following:
• Methods (if applicable)
• Preference: Poster / Oral / Either
Individual conference papers are presentations on a clinical, theoretical, research or practice topic with a typical time allocation of 15-20 minutes. The abstract review committee will organize all paper submissions into paper sessions based on related conference themes. Participants may submit more than one paper presentation.
Posters are research studies, case presentations, or early theoretical works currently in progress. Poster sessions will be scheduled throughout the conference and there will be opportunities for presenters to discuss their posters with delegates before and after conference sessions, and during breaks. Participants may submit more than one poster presentation.
• Poster size: suggested maximum 47 inches (120 cm) wide by 34 inches (85 cm) high.
• It must be readable from about 6 feet (2 meters).
• Provide a larger font title and list participating author(s)
For case presentations, only pseudonyms should be used to protect the identities of individuals and groups.
Individuals presenting accepted papers or posters must be registered for the conference to present. Spouses or partners who wish to attend the conference presentations should also pre-register to ensue adequate seating in each lecture theater.
By submitting an abstract, authors and co-authors transfer any copyrights and granted permission to the conference organizers and agree that the submitted abstract can be published in the conference program materials and shared broadly.
Proposals can be submitted for oral or poster presentation. The abstract review committee will make the final determination of format for the proposed presentation.
